Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
We are happy to help you in person and would ask that you notify us in advance.
You are welcome to make a verbal application for an arbitration procedure and have it transcribed at the Arbitration Service’s office. Please make a personal appointment with us in advance if you wish to use this service.

Parking
There are a few parking spaces in front of the building and nearby. You will have to pay for these spaces. There is no free parking for persons with disabilities in front of Zürich-Haus, but there are four free parking spaces for persons with disabilities in front of Kleisthaus at Mauerstraße 53.
Information for blind and visually impaired persons on walking from Mohrenstraße U-Bahn station
Exit the underground train at U-Bahn station Mohrenstraße. Take the exit heading east (at the front if you are coming from the direction of Zoologischer Garten / Potsdamer Platz, or at the rear if you are coming from Alexanderplatz / Stadtmitte). You will be on a traffic island in Mohrenstraße. Turn to the left (90°) and cross Mohrenstraße, then turn right and walk a few yards to the corner of Mohrenstraße and Glinkastraße. Cross Glinkastraße using the traffic light. Turn left and walk to the next cross street. The next cross street is Taubenstraße. You will be standing in front of a yellow corner building. Turn right and walk approx. 50 m. The second building on the right is Zürich-Haus. To enter press the bell (on the left hand side of the door) and check in at the porter's lodge. Wheelchair users can check in using a pillar to the left of the entrance. The lift which wheelchair users can take to get to the first floor is located in the courtyard. You can access the courtyard via the doorway to the right of the main entrance.
