The arbitration procedure ends when the parties concerned reach a settlement or accept an arbitration proposal.
If the parties concerned cannot reach a settlement, the Arbitration Service sends the applicant written notification of the unsuccessful conclusion of the arbitration procedure.
As soon as this notification is given, a limited period begins in which objections can be lodged directly with the public authority in question or with its higher authority, provided it is possible to lodge an objection to the administrative act which gave rise to the alleged rights infringement. This is contingent upon the arbitration application being made within one month following notification of the administrative act.
